Permanent You will work in a team of five, dealing with inbound and outbound calls to and from expectant mothers and midwives with regards to applications for one of Scotland's Baby Boxes.
The inbound calls will mainly be from expectant mothers with queries such as they've not received a card to complete in order to be eligible for the scheme, asking when they will receive their Box, perhaps they will have items missing or just general queries. The outbound calls will be mainly to verify information provided during the registration process that is incomplete.
