  • Contacting new and existing clients to get to know their staffing requirements as well as the needs of the children/young people they support
  • Building relationships with new clients that last and nurturing those relationships with commitment and honesty
  • Understanding the needs of your schools/provisions through careful listening and provision of tailor-made solutions from highly skilled candidates
  • Attraction, selection and interview processes of suitable candidates to meet the needs and demands of your clients, focusing on certain skills and attributes to meet the demands of the provisions we work with
  • Communication - top give a positive candidate experience
  • Establishing loyal and respectful relationships with candidates to support their career aims
  • Providing suitable work opportunities that meet your candidates skills sets and expectations

Experience in the education/recruitment sector is not essential as full training will be provided.In return we offer an excellent salary and benefits package including:
