Ashurst Reach is the firm's dedicated flexible legal resourcing platform which provides the firm and its clients with access to a high quality talent pool of consultant lawyers and paralegals. We understand that our clients need access to highly qualified lawyers, project managers and paralegals, often at short notice and/or for short periods, whether that be to meet internal demands, backfill leave, provide cover during recruitment or to assist with projects. Essential skills and experience
Our client is looking for a Loans Lawyer on a short term interim role to start as soon as possible. The role will involve:

  • Conduct sampling to verify pricing for sustainability-linked and green loans.
  • Analyse facility agreements and related documentation for margin adjustment provisions.
  • Verify pricing instructions from agents; document findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Legal and operations; provide proactive, solutions-focused support.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 5+ years' experience with LMA documentation.
  • LSTA/APLMA experience beneficial; UK/EMEA loan market familiarity preferred.
  • Proactive self-starter; strong analysis and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Sustainable Finance and margin adjustment familiarity advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
