Key Responsibilities

:

Provide high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting. Promote a safe and nurturing environment that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of each child. Assist with daily routines, including meals, educational activities, and recreational outings. Implement individual care plans and work collaboratively with the team to ensure each child's needs are met. Support children in developing life skills, building self-esteem, and fostering positive relationships. Maintain accurate records and reports in line with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

:

Relevant experience in a similar role or a background in childcare, social work, or education. Qualifications in childcare or a related field are desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Flexibility to work bank shifts on a 2 on / 4 off shift pattern, including weekends and holidays.
