Job Description
We are pleased to be instructed by this mid-market US firm who are looking to hire a Banking and Finance lawyer to join their team in London. The team are ideally looking for an individual between the 2-5PQE mark.
The team are looking to hire an individual with a broad range of experience to advise on a variety of Banking matters. The team advise both borrowers and lenders on all matters including but not limited to; real estate, acquisition, debt, fund, structured and trade finance. The firm work across a variety of sectors but do specialise advising the real estate and hospitality sectors.
The firm itself is very much in growth mode and the long term career prospects will be excellent. The target hours are very reasonable, and the remuneration package is very attractive. The firm is US, however they have a very much anglicised culture, and they are known for providing a friendly and supportive environment.
