Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our bar service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages. Your role will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions efficiently and responsibly, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Monitor customer behaviour and adhere to responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Assist in restocking supplies as necessary and help with inventory management. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Uphold health and safety regulations, including cleanliness standards in food and beverage handling.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a face paced environment. A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology is advantageous but not mandatory. Must be 21+ with a minimum of 3 years experience in the industry. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
