Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team, at a friendly CIU Social Club.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while adhering to food safety standards. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Monitor customer behaviour to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential. A solid understanding of food safety regulations is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
