Job Description
Are you passionate about coffee and exceptional customer service? AIDA Cafe is looking for a motivated and efficient Barista to join our team! As a Barista, your primary focus will be creating great coffee, delivering outstanding service, and helping to foster a warm, welcoming environment for all customers. You'll also assist with food and pastry preparation, keep our cafe organized, and ensure a smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Crafting high-quality coffee and mastering latte art Providing exceptional customer service Preparing pastries and sandwiches to company standards Assisting with stock control and inventory management Maintaining a clean, organized workspace Working closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
About You:
Friendly, reliable, and professional Team player with a passion for customer satisfaction Quick, efficient, and able to stay calm during busy periods Flexible availability, including weekends
