7 Day Trading Location, weekend availability required.

Working Hours - 20 Hours Minimum

We have three locations in West London, travel to other sites may be required.

Reports To:

General Manager

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service.
Leading by example.
Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly observed, recorded, and achieved.
Following company policy and procedures regarding equipment and property.
-Cleaning Coffee Machine.
-Cleaning Grinders.
-Maintaining Equipment.
Maintaining safe work conditions.
Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives.
Drive sales within the location.
Assist with preparation of products for sale, including food products.
-Proficient in latte art.
-Passion for coffee & making sure every cup is perfect.
Create and serve orders for customers.
-Taking customer orders.
General housekeeping.
