Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and delivering excellent customer service.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitisation standards in the coffee preparation area
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Assist with food preparation and help maintain stock levels
- Handle cash transactions accurately
Skills
- Proficiency in basic maths for handling transactions
- Experience in food preparation is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
