Barista

About us, Scarlett's is a licensed seaside restaurant. We serve breakfast upon opening alongside a wide selection of coffee, teas, cakes and cold drinks. From midday, we offer a varied and seasonal lunch menu, using locally sourced, quality ingredients. We also have an ice cream parlour serving organic ice creams and sorbets. We are very excited to be introducing some evening events, including live music, sunset dinning and private functions .We plan to fully utilize our exceptional location and famous sunset view.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Serving ice cream from the parlour
- Ensuring a clean and tidy work environment
- Follow health and hygiene guidelines for food handling and preparation

Requirements:

- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

We are open 7 days a week, opening times 9am until 5pm (approx.), shifts will potentially include a mix of weekends and week days.

Pay: 9.00-12.50 per hour
