Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding drinks or menu items. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given and maintaining a balanced till. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Requirements

Proven experience in a bartending role or similar position within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and food safety standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour that enhances guest experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs. Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 37.5 per week
