About the role

As an Event Brand Ambassador / Product Expert you will have a genuine interest for the automotive industry. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by proactively engaging with people at our live events, trade shows and exhibitions across the UK.

By sharing your passion and enthusiasm for car brands, listening to and relating with every individual to understand their needs, you will deliver key brand messages. Training and learning opportunities will be offered to ensure you develop and maintain a comprehensive brand product knowledge.

About you

You're a natural communicator - and you love marketing and building a positive rapport with the customer. You're proactive and confident, always happy to be the first to say hello and start a conversation. You're passionate about car manufacturing brands and an interest in keeping up to date with the latest product information. You like to work flexibility - you can select available work to suit your schedule. You're happy to work as part of a team and take direction from multiple people. You're a fast learner, willing to work hard, absorb information and learn as you go. You must be available to travel (within the UK) for two days (paid) training during the

week of November 10th, 2025.

Key skills / experience

Demonstrate an understanding of working with or for a global established brand and know how to uphold brand reputation and standards. A track record of success in a customer service or sales role, ideally within a premium automotive brand, but not essential. Genuine interest in the car industry with a natural flair to inspire, educate and share your enthusiasm with people. Availability for weekend work preferable. Must have a full clean driving license and own transport.
