, you'll take responsibility for driving growth, managing a motivated sales team, and strengthening customer relationships across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Grow and develop Bobcat, AUSA, and other premium equipment brands
Identify and maximise sales opportunities across your territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve their full potential
Develop new markets and drive overall brand performance
Deliver against agreed sales targets and strategic goals
What We're Looking For
Proven success in plant or machinery sales within the construction industry
Experience in sales management or the ability to lead and develop a growing team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional in approach
Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving market
Full UK driving licence and good IT skills
