20,000 - 25,000 a yearIntuitus now requires a business relationship associate to work closely with and extend the bandwidth of the existing Business Development (and general management) team, and to help the company achieve its growth objectives. The Business Development team is concerned with the driving and developing Intuitus' client relationships and revenues streams.The first 1-2 years of the role will focus on supporting and enabling the back-office sales and marketing functions of the company to run smoothly and is split into the following areas:Primary responsibilities:
  • Transaction and client development support- supporting the Business Development team with the production of client proposals and general transaction documentation. General support of the pre-sales development process.
  • Business development support- generation of client communication and leads, initiating and managing post deal follow up processes, supporting sales and marketing activities, supporting 'sales desk' and supporting regular newsletter, email campaigns and website track record updates;
  • Office management support- Internal running of the office, scheduling management meetings and support to the board.
Secondary responsibilities
  • Project delivery support- the scheduling of internal and external resources for the project lifecycle and client review meetings, basic addressing of reports and letters in the transaction support process;
  • Principal Accountabilities
In no order of priority;
  • Transaction and Value Enhancement support
  • Support the generation of client communication and leads in conjunction with Manager.
  • Work with the Managers to prepare client documentation through the transaction an post deal process; including client proposals.
  • Prepare (and manage the distribution of) sales and marketing documentation (working closely with Marketing)
  • Manage email communications and the Intuitus "post deal follow up process"
  • Manage and produce monthly sales reports
  • Manage quarterly updates/review of Insightly CRM (i.e. ensure accuracy of data)
  • Answer and manage new incoming sales/client queries as a first contact
  • Deliver/manage sales desk based campaigns
  • Updating Insightly CRM with client and prospect information
  • Office management support;
  • Administrative support with regards to running the office
  • Scheduling management meetings, minute taking
  • PA support to the board.
  • Project and service delivery - Secondary concern;
  • Co-ordination of the delivery of all Intuitus' client engagement activities with the Delivery Managers, Technical QAs and Intuitus consultants to ensure the technical and timely construction of fit for purpose client reports
  • Updating all the project related CRM and resource scheduling systems.
  • Working Relationships
  • Intuitus management team, particularly the Business Support Manager, Transaction and Value Enhancement Director and other senior managers.
  • Intuitus operates a matrix structure and this role will work closely with the Business Support Manager and Marketing Manager. Support for both these managers will be required from time to time especially during busy periods.
  • Intuitus consultants.
  • Private Equity client representatives.
  • Board-level client representatives in portfolio companies.
  • Job Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Behaviour
Essential/Desirable
  • Good degree. Business/Technology degree preferred but not essential.
  • Understanding of IT/Technology in a commercial environment and/or consulting/IT professional services.
  • Demonstrably strong client facing and communication skills
  • Excellent administrative and organisation capabilities (self-starter, self-disciplined, structured approach, high attention to detail, able to organise and prioritise workloads);
  • Previous experience of working with CRM/Contact management databases useful
  • Excellent interpersonal and (both written and oral) communication skills;
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Strong work ethic with high personal and work standards;
  • Adaptable and flexible;
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a team;
  • Self-motivated personality
  • A second European language to a proficient level preferably German would be useful.
  • Travelling as part of the role will be required
