The role
Here at Northumbria Police, we think our region is amazing! This could be the perfect time for you to join us in our Communications and Engagement Department as a Campaigns and Digital Marketing Adviser.
We're looking for a creative and data-driven individual to develop our recruitment marketing for officers, staff and volunteers. You'll deliver multi-channel campaigns to help us build a talent pipeline, attract high quality applicants and increase diversity and representation in our force. This role will support our efforts to shape our employer brand and highlight our value proposition, making best use of paid, owned and earned channels to reach our audiences.
What you'll do
Work alongside colleagues across the organisation to design and implement our recruitment campaign calendar in line with our workforce plan.
Collaborate with a range of external agencies, including paid media partners to deliver an effective and cost efficient paid plan.
Provide hands-on management of our careers website, optimising for reach, user experience and achievement of our strategic goals.
Plan and deliver engaging, social-first content, choosing the best channels in our social mix to achieve your goal. As part of this role, you will lead the management of our fast-growing LinkedIn presence.
