Band 8a salary range: 55,690 - 62,682 per annum Performs a range of advanced healthcare science activities Participates in the teaching and training commitments of the Service Maintains and develops high standards of service provision throughout their area of responsibility Contributes to the development, implementation and monitoring of clinical and organisational strategies within area of expertise Initiates, in collaboration with the line manager, the development and delivery of research and development activities for healthcare advancement Band 7 salary range: 47,810 - 54,710 per annum Performs a range of advanced healthcare science activities Provide highly specialist advice and training to staff within own area and other professionals. Actively involved in research and development projects.Supervises and trains less experienced staff and trainees
