Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship - Little Pearls Nursery




Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at Little Pearls Nursery.


Little Pearls Nursery has proudly served our community for over 8 years, and our natural, child-centred approach has earned us a reputation that speaks for itself -- with over 30 families currently on our waiting list..

Your duties and responsibilities will include;




Motivated to keep pace with our fast-moving, ambitious and quality-driven ethos Dedicated to creating nurturing environments where children can thrive Confident communicators and strong team players Eager to contribute ideas, reflect on practice, and grow professionally Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, engaging learning experiences for children aged 0-5 Ensure a safe, stimulating and well-organised learning environment Act as a Key Person, observing and supporting individual children's progress Work in close partnership with families, valuing open and regular communication Uphold nursery policies, health & safety procedures, and safeguarding protocols Collaborate with colleagues to reflect on and improve teaching and learning practice

Requirements;




Level 2 Early Yeas Qualification is desired You must be able to gain a clear DBS GCSE grades A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent


Hours;




Little Pearls Nursery is open from 7.00am-18.00pm Monday to Friday The successful candidate will be required to work 32-40 hours per week
