Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that spaces are welcoming and well-presented. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised, including floors, windows, and furniture. Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain health and safety standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Manage cleaning supplies efficiently and notify management when stocks are low. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and feedback in a professional manner.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks. Ability to drive is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations. Good organisational skills to manage time effectively while completing cleaning tasks. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in various environments as needed.
