Job description


Tebay Parish Council wish to appoint a clerk and Responsible Financial Officer.

The applicant must have sound IT skills and be able to prepare agendas and minutes of meetings and deal with all correspondence. Knowledge of book-keeping and accounting is also necessary.

The Parish Council meet monthly (except August and December) on the last Wednesday of the month at 7.30 pm.

Starting salary is 290 per month and the clerk will be expected to work at least seven hours a week.
