The Forensic Outreach Liaison Service is dedicated to supporting individuals with complex needs who have engaged in offending behaviour, helping them build hopeful, meaningful lives through recovery-focused mental health interventions. As part of our expanding multi-disciplinary therapies team, you will work collaboratively to deliver evidence-based therapies that enable individuals to overcome challenges, manage their mental health, and reintegrate successfully into the community. Your expertise will help empower recovery, reduce reoffending, and enhance wellbeing.

To assess, plan, implement and evaluate the psychological needs of people using our services.



To mentor, supervise and teach qualified and unqualified staff including students Promote a psychological perspective both within teams and sharing with other colleagues Work collaboratively with team managers/ Clinical leads in the development and delivering of effective services Supporting and/or leading on specific service development projects The postholder will be expected to work flexibly within the service
