About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate
Clinical Lead Nurse
to join our friendly team in Newcastle upon Tyne. You'll play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality clinical care is delivered to all residents and support the nursing team in achieving excellence across all aspects of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the nursing and care team to deliver exceptional standards of person-centred care.
Oversee clinical practices, audits, and compliance with CQC standards.
Provide direct nursing care when required, ensuring residents' dignity and wellbeing.
Mentor, supervise, and develop junior staff to maintain a positive and effective working environment.
Work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
Current
NMC PIN
with no restrictions.
Previous experience
as a Senior Nurse, Deputy, or Clinical Lead (preferred).
Nursing Home experience
is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Commitment to delivering the highest quality of care.
