RecQuest is working on behalf of an ambitious law firm looking to expand its Commercial Property team and seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Solicitor to join them in Salisbury. They are searching for a motivated individual with 3+ years PQE, experienced in handling a range of commercial property matters, who can manage and grow an existing caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients on the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of commercial properties, including drafting and negotiating contracts and leases.
Handling property development matters, including option agreements, planning, and infrastructure agreements.
Assisting with the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties for commercial use.
Managing transactions involving the financing of commercial properties.
Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and disputes.
Conducting due diligence, including title investigations and searches.
What They Offer:
Competitive salary range: 45,000 - 60,000
Full-time, permanent role
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (minimum 3 years PQE) with experience in Commercial Property matters.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
A proactive, business-oriented mindset for marketing and building new client relationships.
Previous experience using case management systems.
