Job Description

Join us as a trusted Compensation Associate, where you will provide strategic solutions and expert advice to the business and HR business advisors. This role combines in-depth knowledge of compensation principles with an understanding of business needs, market and regulatory landscapes, and detailed analysis and models.


As a Compensation Associate in the HR team, you will perform a variety of compensation activities, including providing guidance to line and HR management regarding compensation actions for employees, administering/coordinating annual compensation planning processes, and analyzing and reporting internal and external market compensation data. You will be part of a global team representing diversity of thought, experience, and backgrounds who are friendly, committed, hard-working, and growth-oriented.


Job Responsibilities:



Support end-to-end annual compensation planning via analytics, modeling, and reporting. Work with teams across various areas of HR and the business, offering a range of skillsets, leadership styles, and learning opportunities. Understand business priorities and effectively diagnose issues; provide clear advice and recommendations to help partners make informed and sound compensation-related decisions. Simplify and improve processes with fresh ideas, strategy, design iteration, and implementation to ensure alignment with business strategy, best practices, and our risk and controls framework. Advise on compensation-related activities, including new hire offers, promotions, transfers, budget allocation/forecasting, and top talent retention. Participate in firmwide projects involving compensation, including policy reviews, changes in compensation practices, and systems development.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:



Relevant HR/Compensation or Finance experience with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional systems skills; Advanced MS Excel and proficiency with other Microsoft applications required. Business Objects preferred. Proven consulting and influencing skills; ability to drive business goals through HR/Compensation strategies in an innovative and creative way. Ability to execute and sustain operational excellence.
