We are currently seeking experienced Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to deliver high-quality complex care within community and home-based settings. This role involves supporting patients with long-term, chronic, or life-limiting conditions, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met as part of a compassionate, multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe and effective nursing care for individuals with complex care needs, including tracheostomy, ventilator support, PEG feeding, and catheter management
Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient health and wellbeing
Administer medications, therapies, and interventions in line with care plans and clinical guidelines
Maintain accurate records, complete care documentation, and contribute to ongoing care planning
Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care and optimise quality of life
Requirements:
Current NMC registration (RGN)
A minimum of 6 months recent experience in a complex care, community, or high-dependency setting in the UK
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of long-term condition management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, and weekends
