A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a highly regarded Legal 500 commercial law firm in London. The Role
You'll work directly alongside a respected Property Partner, gaining hands-on insight and guidance while also being supported by a wider, collaborative team. You'll assist with Partner-led matters as well as managing your own caseload, giving you the perfect balance of autonomy and progression.
You will be involved in:
- Assisting on high-quality residential and commercial conveyancing matters
- Managing your own files with appropriate supervision
- Drafting, reviewing, and preparing key documentation
- Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and other third parties
- Ensuring smooth progression of all transactions from instruction to completion
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Conveyancing Paralegal with:
- 2-4 years' conveyancing experience
- Strong technical knowledge and solid file-handling ability
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, team-focused approach
- The confidence to work directly with a Partner and thrive in a fast-paced commercial setting
- Work within a leading Legal 500 commercial firm
