On behalf of a leading law firm in Winchester,
RecQuest
is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their friendly, forward-thinking legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take their next step in a supportive and thriving environment.Responsibilities Include:
Handling a full range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders Drafting contracts, managing searches, and preparing completion statements Maintaining accurate files and adhering to relevant compliance procedures
About You:
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in residential conveyancing Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive attitude and client-focused approach Based in or willing to relocate to the Winchester area
