East (E1) London | Full Time | Fixed Term until July 20th 2026 | From 28,300 FTE

Hours:



Monday - Wednesday: 8.00am - 4.30pm

Thursday: 8.00am - 6.00pm

Friday: 8.00am - 4.00pm

As we continue to grow throughout the Autumn term, we are excited to expand our Education Team. We are seeking an additional Curriculum Coordinator to work alongside our existing coordinator and support our continually developing East London school on a fixed term basis.

The Complete Works (TCW) is a charity and independent school offering bespoke education for young people who need a more personalised approach. Many of our students have additional needs, barriers to learning, or have struggled in mainstream settings.

Through creativity, flexibility and a student-centred ethos, we provide individually tailored one-to-one and small group learning, prioritising academic progress, wellbeing and personal development.

About the Role



We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. This role involves overseeing and adapting curriculum pathways, supporting teachers and ensuring high-quality personalised education across our East London school.

Working closely with our existing Curriculum Coordinator, you will help manage curriculum planning, documentation, student progress tracking, exam coordination and communication with professionals and families. Your work will play a key part in ensuring every student receives a meaningful and carefully tailored learning experience.

Key Responsibilities



Lead on creating and allocating bespoke curriculum pathways for students Act as a point of contact for teachers, offering curriculum guidance and support Track student progress, update targets and ensure accurate documentation Attend and represent the education team in meetings with parents, carers, and external professionals Create and manage timetables for students and teachers Support with post-16 transition planningTrain new staff in curriculum processes and risk assessments Maintain curriculum resources and ensure clear communication across teams

What We're Looking For



A strong belief in the power of personalised education Experience working with or coordinating educational programmes Knowledge of SEND, behaviour support and differentiated planning Excellent organisation, communication and multitasking skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Resilience, empathy and a calm, professional approach GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, Maths and Science (Grade C or above) Degree or equivalent
