NCF Living is a fast-growing, dynamic company looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support the Head Office and Customer Service functions as the company continues to expand. This is an ideal opportunity for a person who can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and a desire to work hard.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for day to day, general administration duties. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers via email and telephone communications
Complaint handling, ensuring customers receive exceptional service
Data entry, using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Maintaining and updating internal databases and portals
Processing paperwork, updating systems and filing documentation
General admin duties
Maintaining deadlines
Skills:
Excellent communicator at all levels
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is essential for this role)
Well organised and methodical approach to working
Accuracy, attention to detail
