Role: Data Literacy & Change Management Lead - Contract Role
Consulting Seniority: Consultant - Manager
Day rate: Amount TBC and is Outside IR35
Project duration: 3-6 months (extension is possible)
Location: Remote with occasional on-site in London
We're supporting an exciting strategy and technology consultancy looking to bring on a freelance consultant to strengthen their client team. The Data Literacy & Change Management Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the client's enterprise-wide data culture strategy. This role focuses on driving awareness, adoption, and engagement across business functions by embedding data literacy and enabling behavioral change.

Tasks
- Develop and execute the enterprise-wide data literacy roadmap to enhance the data maturity of employees
- Lead the change management strategy for data and AI transformation initiatives
- Define and track key success metrics (e.g. literacy scores, adoption KPIs, engagement rates, and feedback loops)
- An independent consultant
- 5+ years in data literacy change management
- Nice-to-have: Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent frameworks)
- Consultant; Senior Consultant; Manager
