Due to career progression within our practice, we are seeking to hire a new receptionist to join and develop within our team.
Bond Dental Clinic is a specialist referral centre offering a full range of dental treatments to the highest standards. You will be working collaboratively with the whole team to ensure all of our patients appointments run smoothly and efficiently.

Receptionist responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for all new patients, and be able to establish good working relationships with our existing patients.
Confidently discuss the treatment and fees involved, arrange finance plans and applications when required.
Take payments and reconcile debts.
Confidently discuss our in house dental plan, arrange applications and manage accordingly.
Effectively manage the appointment diary to ensure whitespace is kept to a minimum.
Deliver a high-quality service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the practice team and referring practices.
Play a key role in the administrative team, supporting the Treatment Coordinator and Practice Manager when required.
Help to promote, organise and represent the team at study groups we hold for referring dentists.
Help maintain our 5 star reviews through attention to detail and teamwork.
Assist the team as required.
Your skills and experience
Ideally have experience within dentistry, this is not essential and training will be given.
Proficient in English with strong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
Computer and telephone skills are essential
Previous experience of delivering an outstanding service in a customer facing role.
Must be efficient, well organised and proactive.
Have the ability to remain calm and professional in all scenarios.
Personable and friendly, willing to go above and beyond for our patients and team.
