Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Dental Ceramist / Crown & Bridge Technician
to join our busy dental laboratory. The successful candidate will create high-quality dental prosthetics--including crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant restorations--ensuring they meet precise functional and aesthetic standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals or motivated technicians looking to grow their skills within a supportive, modern, and technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate high-quality
crown and bridge
restorations using porcelain, zirconia, lithium disilicate, and composite resins.
Perform
ceramic buildup, contouring, layering, and staining/glazing
to achieve natural aesthetics.
Fabricate customised dental restorations following dental prescriptions, digital scans, models, and technical drawings.
Colour-match restorations to natural teeth ensuring seamless, aesthetic integration.
Collaborate closely with dentists and fellow technicians to meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
(Preferred) Support
implant case planning
, abutment design, and implant restoration workflows.
(Preferred) Use
CAD/CAM
systems such as Exocad or 3Shape for digital design and milling preparation.
Maintain meticulous records of work processes and materials used.
Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards and laboratory protocols.
Keep the workspace clean, organised, and maintained to uphold high-quality standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in
dental ceramics
or
crown and bridge work
.
Strong understanding of dental anatomy, materials, and laboratory procedures.
Knowledge of implantology and CAD/CAM technologies is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic IT skills for communication and record keeping.
Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship.
