Working Pattern:

Full Time, Mixed Shifts with office hours (Plus on calls and sleep ins as required)

Salary :

34,148 - 37,252 per annum [dependant on experience]*

Sleep-in Payments:

Additional 65 per night

Experience and qualifications you will have:

Level 3 QCF Diploma in Residential Childcare - Essential.*
Driver's licence essential - Use of onsite vehicles and regular driving. Experience of working with young people, with complex needs within a residential setting at Senior or Deputy level. Thorough knowledge of Ofsted Regulations Effective characteristics and personality to handle challenging situations. Ability to place young people at the centre of all practice and decision making.
