Communication is key to successful marketing and sales, and in a world where most people look at a piece of marketing for a split second, we have to make sure that we land important messages across our digital platforms, fast! However we also know our customers love to learn about skincare, and at Medik8, we want to help them to make the right decision. Therefore education is key, and creating content that both engages and informs is a big focus for our team.
As an expert in writing for digital channels, you will capture the principles and values that built the Medik8 brand and showcase our amazing products. Working closely with R&D, Global Brand and the rest of the D2C team across acquisition, website and retention, you will create exciting and informative content that not only engages and educates our customers but also inspires them to want to learn more.
You will understand how to take broader messaging and ideas, and translate them into channel-relevant copy that speaks to our customer where they are and in a way that delivers. You have a great understanding of where brand meets commercial, and with that you produce incredible content - with commercial intent.
