We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive our online presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of management skills, creativity, and analytical abilities to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing, SEO, and social media management, along with proficiency in various digital tools and platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
Manage SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Oversee project management for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Create engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, and blogs.
Utilise Adobe Photoshop for designing marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
Manage Shopify website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimised for user experience.
Implement paid social ad campaigns to maximise ROI on advertising spend.
Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics to track performance metrics and inform strategy adjustments.
Lead social media management efforts across multiple platforms to foster community engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Maintain organised records of all marketing activities using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills by mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing management, preferably within a D2C context.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Proficiency in project management methodologies to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing content.
Experience managing Shopify websites effectively.
Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta ads for paid advertising strategies.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights from Google Analytics.
Strong copywriting abilities to create compelling content that drives engagement.
Demonstrated experience in social media management across various platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
