Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Boy/Girl to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering orders promptly and maintaining excellent communication with customers and the team. Responsibilities

Deliver orders accurately and on time to customers' specified locations within the designated area. Ensure all deliveries are handled with care, maintaining the quality and presentation of the products. Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent phone etiquette and assistance as needed. Maintain a clean and organised delivery vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition. Use data entry skills to update delivery logs and records efficiently. Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Assist with analysing delivery routes to optimise efficiency and reduce delivery times.

Qualifications

Valid driving licence with a clean driving record. Multilingual abilities are preferred; bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette. Organised with good data entry skills to manage delivery records accurately. Ability to work independently, demonstrating reliability and punctuality. Previous experience in delivery services or customer service roles is advantageous but not essential.
