As Director of Midwifery, you will hold strategic and professional responsibility for the delivery of safe, compassionate and innovative maternity services across a large, complex provider organisation. Operating at sub-Board level, you will act as the senior professional voice for midwifery setting standards, driving improvement, and ensuring the voice of women, birthing people and families is heard and acted upon. This is a role for a visionary leader who can inspire through authenticity, compassion and credibility. You will be adept at translating national priorities into meaningful local action, building trust and collaboration across professional boundaries, and leading your teams through transformation with clarity and purpose.
