This senior leader will be responsible for all aspects of new group creation, partnership development, lead management, and event sponsorship. The successful candidate will deliver sustainable growth through both the launch of new Chair groups and the enhancement of Vistage's brand presence and market partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES
New Group Start & Additional Group Build
Lead the strategy and execution for launching new Vistage groups across the UK & Ireland.
Identify and recruit high-potential Chairs, supporting them through the new group start process.
Develop and implement regional growth plans aligned with organisational objectives.
Oversee metrics for group development, ensuring consistent performance and quality across all new groups.
Lead Process & Vistage-Led Joins
Own and refine the national lead generation and conversion process for prospective members.
Partner with Marketing team to optimise the lead journey from enquiry to conversion.
Implement systems and reporting to track performance and improve lead-to-join conversion rates.
Support Chairs and internal teams in executing Vistage-led join initiatives to accelerate member acquisition.
Sponsorship & Strategic Partnerships
Develop and manage strategic partnerships that enhance Vistage's value proposition and market reach.
Create and deliver a commercial framework for event sponsorships and partner activations.
Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with key sponsors and collaborators that align with the Vistage brand and mission.
Experience Vistage Events
Oversee the design and execution of Experience Vistageevents to drive awareness, engagement, and member acquisition.
Work closely with Marketing, Events, and Chairs to ensure events deliver a premium and measurable experience.
Analyse post-event data to assess ROI, refine strategies, and identify future opportunities for engagement.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Growth & Partnerships team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Chair Development, and Member Experience teams.
Champion the Vistage culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in a senior growth, partnerships, or business development role - ideally within professional services, membership, or learning & development sectors.
Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth through new market development and partnerships.
Experience managing sponsorships, partnerships, and event-based marketing initiatives.
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Data-driven decision-making with a focus on performance metrics and results.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
