Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for residents and visitors. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Provide janitorial services in commercial spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and presentable. Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to remove stains and maintain quality. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report when restocking is necessary. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred; janitorial or hotel experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in floor care and carpet cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory. A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards and improving processes. Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
