We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Early Years professional, someone with experience of working in Early Years and within a senior or managerial role, to join our dynamic Early Years delivery team.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

Plan, support, and deliver high-quality, individualised learning programmes that empower learners to reach their goals. Work both face-to-face and online, ensuring engaging and inclusive learning experiences. Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion in every aspect of teaching and assessment. Travel regularly within the South London area (approximately up to an hour from your home).

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above). Has experience working in a senior or managerial capacity within the Early Years sector. Is passionate, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. Has excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed. Is able and willing to travel regularly to multiple settings within the South London area.
