In this role you will help strengthen our volunteer community by supporting recruitment and engagement efforts aimed at improving the lives of older people across the UK.

What will you be doing?

Keep volunteer recruitment adverts up to date on platforms such as Charity job, and indeed. Assist in creating and improving templates for common volunteering roles. Conduct desk research to support new volunteer engagement and recruitment initiatives. Help produce and improve recruitment and engagement resources. Support internal communications, including intranet updates.

How would you be supported in this role?

You will receive full training and regular check-ins from the Volunteering Development Manager. If based in the London office, travel and lunch costs will be reimbursed (London travel card and up to 5 for lunch).
