Esg & Strategic Operations Coordinator

London, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Specialized in civil engineering and engineering structures, Bouygues Travaux Publics is one of the world leaders in the fields of land use planning and sustainable infrastructure construction. Bouygues Travaux Publics is committed to diversity and is open to all talents.

We are recruiting for a pivotal role within the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), supporting one of the UK's most critical infrastructure projects - Sizewell C.

We're looking for an ESG Coordinator to join our ESG & Strategic Operations Directorate. This is a high-impact role where you'll provide vital support to our ESG & Strategic Operations Director and wider team as we contribute to the delivery of Sizewell C - a 3.2-gigawatt power station that will generate low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and support the UK's long-term energy security.

You'll be involved in strategic projects, liaise with senior stakeholders, and help shape how we operate and communicate as a team. We're growing rapidly, and we need someone with a steady hand, sharp judgement, and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Key responsibilities include :

Acting as a central point of contact for the ESG Director and department

Managing internal and external communications in line with corporate guidelines

Coordinating meetings, travel, and events - including logistics and stakeholder engagement

Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, proposals, and business documents

Assisting with budget tracking, invoice processing, and administrative tasks

Taking part in strategic projects and collaborating across departments

To thrive in this role, you'll bring :

Extensive experience in an executive assistant or coordinator role - ideally in a corporate environment

Outstanding organisational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication, with a high level of professionalism

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Discretion, reliability, and a proactive, can-do mindset

The ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team

As part of the CWA, you'll be joining a team that's playing a meaningful role in building a more sustainable future - and in return, we'll support your continued professional growth in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
