Portsmouth

Salary:

29,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE 50,000-60,000)

Work Pattern:

5 days per week, including Saturdays (two on, one off)

The Role

As a

Floating Branch Manager

, you'll play a key leadership role across multiple branches, supporting teams to achieve outstanding results.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading

morning meetings and coaching sessions

Driving

new business generation

and identifying market opportunities Conducting

property valuations

and delivering exceptional customer experiences

Showcasing properties

to secure the best outcomes for clients Staying informed on
