The Role

This is a rare opportunity to combine your sales expertise with purpose. You'll be responsible for driving new business, building long-term partnerships with major corporates and organisations, and positioning Ethstat as the go-to partner for sustainable, values-led procurement.

We're seeking a confident and persuasive communicator who can nurture high-value client relationships and consistently deliver beyond expectations.

What You'll Do

Win and develop new business across corporate, public sector, and third-sector organisations. Build strong, lasting client partnerships by listening, understanding, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. Represent Ethstat at events, meetings, and online showcasing our unique ethical model. Work closely with colleagues across marketing and operations to ensure flawless delivery. Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients align their procurement with sustainability and social impact.

About You

Minimum

3 years' proven success in business development or sales

, with a

strong record of closing and retaining business.

Commercially astute, customer-focused, and motivated by building relationships that last. An excellent communicator on the phone, via email, on Teams, and in person. Persuasive, empathetic, and values-driven: you naturally under-promise and over-deliver. Passionate about sustainability (or eager to become an expert in it). Positive, resilient, and motivated to succeed in a purpose-driven organisation.
