We are looking for a confident and experienced Carpet & Flooring Salesperson to join our well-established, family-run carpet and furniture superstore in Diss. With customer service at the heart of everything we do, we're seeking someone who takes real pride in delivering exceptional service and expert advice.

This is a hands-on retail role for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and has a strong understanding of Carpet, Vinyl, LVT, Wood and Laminate flooring products.

Main Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with a friendly, professional approach Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable flooring options Provide accurate quotations and manage point-of-sale transactions Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and pricing Offer honest, knowledgeable advice to support customers' requirements Assist with showroom presentation, pricing, and general organisation Help uphold the John Doe reputation for outstanding service and integrity

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in carpet and flooring sales Strong understanding of sales principles and excellent customer service skills Confident, engaging, and trustworthy A positive, motivated attitude with the ability to work under pressure Team player who is also happy working independently Organised, proactive and customer focused Must be available to work weekends
