A position has become available for a full time experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy Conveyancing Department in Southwell.
Your main duties will include:
- fast and accurate audio typing,
- handling calls to and from clients and estate agents,
- managing and arranging diary appointments,
- general administration duties.
Your communication and organisational skills should be exceptional, displaying thoroughness and good attention to detail at all times as you will be dealing with complex and confidential legal documents.
Due to the fast-paced nature of the department, it is essential that you are able to prioritise efficiently and be flexible in assisting others, particularly in peak times, showing a proactive approach to your duties.
