RecQuest is working with a highly regarded law firm to recruit a talented Family Solicitor to join a Partner-led team specialising in complex and high-value family matters. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with a leading Partner on a caseload that includes high-net-worth financial disputes and intricate private law children cases.

The Opportunity:

This role is ideal for a technically strong and emotionally intelligent solicitor who thrives in a high-quality, fast-paced environment. You'll support the Partner on a range of challenging matters while developing your own strategic and case management skills. The team is collaborative, supportive, and committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Partner with a varied caseload, including drafting applications, court documents, and briefs Manage your own workload with autonomy and initiative Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law and apply it effectively Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, counsel, and colleagues Meet time and billing targets while maintaining high standards of client care Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and firm procedure

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years PQE with a focus on family law Experience advising on divorce, financial remedy (including high-value and complex assets), cohabitation, and private children matters Excellent drafting and analytical skills Strong interpersonal and client care abilities Ability to simplify complex legal issues for clients Organised, commercially aware, and outcome-focused A collaborative mindset and commitment to professional growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
