We are looking to recruit

female

support workers for a 24/7 support project for single women with complex needs, based in Pontypridd.

We have the flexibility to work with people's availability, so are open to applications from people looking for hours on day and/or waking night shifts


We'd especially like to hear from applicants who have had experience offering support to people with complex needs such as substance use, mental health or offending issues.

Candidates must hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle and be able to prove their right to work in the UK.

Roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for.

Only able to accept applications from females over the age of 18 due to a genuine occupational requirement for the people we are supporting in this project, making this position exempt from the gender discrimination rule.
