About the young person
They live with their dad in a supportive and loving home. They experience life with

visual impairment

(well-managed), and
developmental delay
. They're
non-verbal
and express themselves through behaviour and sensory exploration, their favourite things include:
Feeling the
warmth of a hot tub
Tearing and shaping
paper into intricate forms

Immersing in
sensory-rich environments
They love routine, clear boundaries, and having people around who truly get them. They use their behaviour to communicate, sometimes becoming physically upset, and they need someone patient, emotionally regulated, and grounded to help them navigate big feelings, particularly around their
cyclical mood changes

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:30pm - 9:00pm
Wednesday: Family Time - no shift
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am - 9:00pm
Saturday (Overnight): 9:00pm - 11:00am
We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
1 x Full-Time Role (Days & Nights Rotation)
2 x Full-Time Day Roles
2 x Bank Roles
You will provide support on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis, mainly 2:1.
