Troubleshoot technical or site-related issues promptly and professionally. Ensure installations are completed in line with company standards, customer expectations, and health and safety regulations. Oversee remedials/warranty work and, at times, undertake this work.

Customer & Stakeholder Liaison

Act as a key point of contact for clients during the installation process. Provide technical advice and updates to customers and the project management team. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and site teams.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Enforce safe working practices on all sites. Ensure compliance with all relevant H&S regulations, RAMS documentation, and company policies. Report and resolve any incidents or non-conformities.
